Company Safety Policy

Personal safety and health of each employee at Jim's Electric (2006) Ltd., is of primary importance. The prevention of occupationally induced injuries and illnesses will be given priority over operating productivity where necessary. In order to ensure your safety, the management will strive to provide all mechanical and physical facilities required for personal safety and health.

We will maintain a Safety and Health Program conforming to the best practices of organizations of this type. Such programs will be successful only when it is started with a proper attitude towards injury and illness prevention on the part of both supervisors and employees. It also requires cooperation in all safety and health matters, not only between the supervisor and the employee, but also between each employee and his or her co-workers. Safety program for all employees can be established and preserved only through a cooperative effort. The main objective of the program is to reduce the number of injuries and illnesses to an absolute minimum.

Our Safety and Health Program Involves:

  • Providing all the employees with mechanical and physical safeguards to the maximum extent possible. 
  • Conducting a safety and health inspection program to find and eliminate unsafe working conditions and practices. This helps to control health hazards and comply with the safety and health standards of every job.  
  • Providing effective training to all the employees on various safety and health procedures. 
  • Developing and enforcing safety and health rules and ensuring that all the employees cooperate with these rules as a condition of employment.
